How do I use Tone-y- Bands wrist weights?

How do I select the size?

Select the size based on the amount of weight you want. Below is an example of the types of exercises and the weights that customer’s say are ideal for each activity.

How much do Tone-y- Bands weigh?

Tone-y- Bands allow you to vary the weight within each band. You can start at 2 oz for each band and add as you need it. The weights are designed for movement, so, the weights may be lighter than you are used to, but are effective!

Are they Waterproof?

Yes. Made of medical grade silicone and stainless steel Tone-y- Bands can be rinsed off if needed after your sweatiest workout or aqua class to keep them fresh.

Are they effective for tremors?

Many customers with essential tremors use Tone-y- Bands as it can be a stylish and discrete way to add weight to an arm.
