While we make every effort to secure all packages, sometimes merchandise can be damaged during shipping. Please report merchandise that was damaged during shipping to us within 24 hours of arrival. Please contact us 8:30 a.m. – 5:30 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday, at (561) 203-1001 or email us anytime at email@example.com. To help assist us with this process, please include your order number in the email or have it available when calling.
DO NOT DISCARD DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS. We may require that the damaged or defective item(s) be returned to our company for inspection. A Customer Care representative will arrange for the damaged product to be returned to us. Upon arrival of the returned product, we will ship a replacement to you at no charge.
Product Returns for Credit
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it in its original condition within 10 days of receiving your order. To help assist us with this process, please include your order number in the email or have it available when calling.
When returning a product, we strongly recommend the use of a carrier that can track packages. Customers are solely responsible for shipping any returned products to Tone-y-Bands™. We are not responsible for any shipping loss or damage on returns. We will process and issue the refund within 7-10 business days of receiving a valid return. Refunds will be made to the credit card that was originally charged.
